The classes are held on a special prepared place underneath the old walnut tree at Finca Adalgisa Hotel Boutique & Winery. We will prepare “empanadas mendocinas” in the clay oven. We will continue preparing meet and vegetables on the open fire with fresh chumichurri sauce based on Arauca olive oil form the Finca itself. We finish the class with a desert: caramelized fruit from the clay oven, topped off with herbs from the Finca.
